For this page I mainly used javascript. Using javascript, I recorded the position of the cursor and set that to the position of the div by relating the x cordinate to length from the left side and the y cordinate to the length from the top. In order to get the illusion that the ghost is following the person, I simply adjusted their transition times. The person had a transition time of 0 seconds, making it always stay in the same possition of the cursor. The ghost had a transition time of 1 second. I hope you enjoy!
